This is a sort of prelude to a post I’ve been meaning to write for a while, called “The Biggest Secret of Computer Science”. The biggest secret in Computer Science is, in the words of Prof. Brian Harvey, that it’s not a science and it’s not about computers. (It’s also not really a secret.)

What is it about? Well, that will have to wait for another day.
