This sounds fun ๐Ÿ˜‰

One day a woman sat outside ๐Ÿ˜ถ
Walked and sat beneath a tree ๐Ÿ˜‡
Began to read, but soon she sighed ๐Ÿ˜ช
Closed her eyes and went to sleep ๐Ÿ˜ด

She dreamed of passers-by her tree ๐Ÿ˜
Of every color, shape, and size ๐Ÿ˜€
And all that came, whether old or young ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
Would stop to look her in the eyes ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

Now and then one would approach ๐Ÿ˜ฏ
And gently ask the time of day ๐Ÿ˜Ž
โ€œItโ€™s nearing twilightโ€ she replied ๐Ÿ˜
Theyโ€™d nod and then be on their way ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Now and then one would approach ๐Ÿ˜
And casually ask if they might stay ๐Ÿ˜—
Yet neither man nor woman could ๐Ÿ˜“
She firmly sent them on their way ๐Ÿ˜

And now and then one would approach ๐Ÿ˜ก
And spew obscenities her way ๐Ÿ˜จ
In these few times she stared them down ๐Ÿ˜‘
And in their eyes saw twisted fae ๐Ÿ˜–

For in their gaze she got a glimpse ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
Of surface thoughts and secret soul ๐Ÿ˜ณ
There were no angels, plenty imps ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
And no oneโ€™s heart was truly full ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

But no companion she could have ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
Though none she would have chosen yet ๐Ÿ˜’
The human race is sick at heart ๐Ÿ˜ท
I know but still try to forget ๐Ÿ˜ฐ

Unhappily she rose from sleep ๐Ÿ˜”
To find another standing there ๐Ÿ˜‰
And bending down for her to greet ๐Ÿ˜„
โ€œYouโ€™ve got some branches in your hairโ€ ๐Ÿ˜œ

She looked down at her book and blinked ๐Ÿ˜•
Human nature, flawed eโ€™er good ๐Ÿ˜ฃ
But still, the last lineโ€™s not yet inked ๐Ÿ˜Œ
She took the otherโ€™s hand and stood ๐Ÿ˜Š

Okay, I guess I kind of threw away the title part and just kept the emoji. Ah, well.
