So the picture on the left is the nengajō (New Year’s card) I made for Japanese class. I’m too lazy to make another one for actual Lunar New Year, but it’s still the Year of the Boar so…

(Top right) 1/1/2007, because the Japanese New Year is Jan. 1 and not lunar at all. Just mentally change it to 2007年2月17日.
(Top left) i no toshi, or Year of the Boar.
(Bottom left) kinga shinnen / Happy New Year.
