I’m a bit late this year, but happy new year to those on the East Asian lunar calendar!
Per tradition, I’m posting the nengajō (new year’s card) I made for the Japanese New Year, which also follows the twelve-animal cycle but on the schedule of the Gregorian calendar. The lateness comes from shifting most of my personal computering to weekends; RSI stinks. On the plus side, this year my girlfriend also took a stab at my design.
The watercolors really jazz it up, don’t you think? May this year be better than the ones previous.
