Movie Review: The Good Dinosaur
The Good Dinosaur was a kids’ movie.
I mean, all Pixar movies are kids’ movies, but The Good Dinosaur was just a kids’ movie. There’s nothing really original or mindblowing in it; it draws elements from many other kids’ movies from The Lion King to Homeward Bound. I’d suggest just watching The Land Before Time again.
"Hey, Allison"
He gets home, kicks off his shoes, drops his bag. No roommates around: maybe still at work, maybe out with SOs or coworkers. He drops into his chair.
“Hey, Allison.”
hey jordan.
He grins. “Since when do you call me ‘Jordan’?”
since you’ve started calling yourself ‘jordan’. haven’t you noticed? i’ve been doing it for weeks.
“I guess I didn’t.”
or you did but now you’ve forgotten.
“You know me so well,” he says dryly.
[she rolls her eyes.] i ought to.
“So. How are you?”
…eh. nothing exciting.
“Nothing, really?”
work is work. friends are…around. nothing particularly worth commenting…
Part 1: Office Blues
Vivian looked up as the door opened and Theo strode into the office. With a sigh he took off his hat and placed it on top of the coat rack, then shrugged out of his long, ankle-length grey coat.
“How’d it go?” she asked, setting down her phone. The jewel-encrusted case wobbled a bit on the wooden desk.
Theo ran a hand through his hair before replying. “About as well as it could have,” he mused. “It takes a lot to break all that down. Wasn’t going to happen in one session.”
