The End of All Things
In English 4AP we have a term (I think Yining popularized it) called “brain vomit”…the first draft of an essay in which you don’t worry about sounding composed or focusing on one thing. You just type and type until you’ve said everything.
Right now, I’m eating grass.
UPDATE: It’s late and I’m going to sleep, and unfortunately I’ll see most people at school tomorrow. But at least I managed to start my essay, and I have enough material to write about. My entire introductory section is going to have to be fixed later though.

Caroline tried not to fidget as she listened to the other council members talk about the upcoming tournament. She may have become an Avatar, but she didn’t yet feel confident…well, arrogant, like some of the others. Although for all she knew they were really just as hesitant as she was.
“So, all the players are in the field,” said Melinda thoughtfully.
“Howdoyoufigure? Therearestillseveralmissing,” Liz shot back.
“No, I saw them. They’ll be there on time,” assured Gary. Liz sat back with an implacable expression on her face.
“What happens now?” Gary continued.
“Nowwewait,” said Liz. Her expression didn’t change…
